Our first visit to the woodland.  We had a little explore and listened to a story.

We have spent a few sessions visiting the woods, developing our Forest School group rules and learning the site boundaries.  This week, we had our first full session and we had so much fun playing and choosing what we would like to do.

As part of our Diwali topic in RE, the children decorated a wood cookie with a rangoli pattern. They then drilled a hole through it with a hand drill and made it into a rangoli necklace.
